Who We Are
Wesley Church understands family in a very inclusive way. The traditional family is valued in our fellowship. Of equal value and importance to us are families blended from previous marriages, others brought together by the love of same-gender couples, those with a single parent, and older families who have seen their children grow and start their own adult ventures. All are honored and supported in our church family.
Our Mission Grow with God; Go to Serve.
Our Vision We will be an inclusive church that shines a discerning light on the needs around us. Responding in love and compassion, we will be full and active participants in God’s transformation of the world. Our aim is for the heart of God and the soul of mankind.
Statement of Inclusivity Wesley United Methodist Church is an inclusive church where persons of all races, ages, abilities and sexual orientations are welcome as full participants in the life and mission of this congregation.
Wesley's History Wesley United Methodist Church is over fifty years strong! Wesley was formed in 1957 by a vote of the New Hampshire Conference to merge First United Methodist Church and Baker Memorial United Methodist Church. This new Wesley UMC moved into its present building in 1962.
