Church Family Fellowship
The purpose of our church family ministry is to provide opportunities for our diverse church family to connect with one another and enjoy Christian fellowship in a safe, supportive church community. Wesley members and friends of all ages are encouraged to join the fun!
Church Family Fellowship Meals Take a break from cooking and enjoy an evening of intergenerational fun and fellowship on one Tuesday each month at 6:30 p.m. Come connect with your church family while savoring a tasty meal. Offered September – June. Check the calendar or call the church for the exact date each month (usually the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday).
Fun Family Outings Fun activities for all ages to enjoy together are offered periodically throughout the year. Outings have included such trips as enjoying a local ice cream stand, trying a corn maze, apple picking, and visiting the ocean.
Family Advent Celebration Wesley UMC’s annual Family Advent Celebration is a wonderful afternoon event that encourages the whole family to focus on the real meaning of Christmas as we enjoy one another’s fellowship. Activities include making a keepsake craft, enjoying tasty Christmas treats, singing Christmas carols, and decorating our sanctuary Christmas trees during a meaningful Chrismon service. All families and individuals are encouraged to participate. To see photos of our last event CLICK HERE.
Christmas Caroling Wesley carolers of all ages spread the joy of the Christmas season at local nursing homes. No musical ability is required. Join us as we gather in our fellowship hall and caravan to area nursing homes to put a smile on someone’s face!
Christian Education and Spiritual Growth Wesley UMC offers a wide variety of classes and small groups for people of all ages. These groups help us form deeper faith while connecting with friends who can support our spiritual journey.
